If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
✅ **Returns & Exchanges**
You can request a return or exchange within **7 days** of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
🚫 **Non-returnable items**
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as grooming tools, pet beds, and opened food/treats cannot be returned.
🔄 **How to start a return**
Email us at **support@pawsitiveco.co.za** with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and delivery address.
💸 **Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **5–7 business days**.
